Our booking and cancellation policies allow us to maintain strong relationships with our members & teachers. For our group & pole classes, filling each available spot is critical to guarantee you have a high-quality experience each time you train.
Group Training Booking Policy
To allow us to prepare and plan the best workouts for our members, we are now closing online group training bookings 3 hours prior to class start time. After this time, please contact reception directly via phone call or SMS to check availability & book your class.
Group Cancellation Policy
At Fitness Empire, we understand that even the best-laid plans can go wrong. If you have booked into a class but are then unable to attend, please follow the guidelines for canceling online below:
- Classes starting before 9am – bookings to be canceled the evening prior, before 8pm.
- Classes starting after 9am – bookings to be canceled no later than one hour prior to class start time.
If you are unable to attend your pole class please keep our cancellation policy in mind:
In the event you are unable to attend your pole class and provide at least 24 hours’ notice we are more than happy to provide you a make-up class within the same week.
Please ensure you contact our reception team to rebook your class. You can do this via phone, SMS or email.
Late cancellation fee: If you cancel class with less than 24 hours’ notice of the start time your class will be forfeited in full.
Make-up class: Fitness Empire’s make-up class policy is designed to accommodate you in the event you are unable to attend your original pole class time with sufficient notice. Due to our studios number of poles any cancellations to a makeup class will automatically forfeit the session in full.
Gym & Group Membership Cancellation
In the event you require cancelling of your Fitness Empire Gym or Gym & Group Training membership, please request, fill out and submit a cancellation form. From the date on which the signed cancellation form is received and processed, your membership will continue for 30 days only.
Pole Membership Cancellation
In the event you require cancelling your Pole direct debit membership, please fill out & submit your signed cancellation form no later than 30 days before the end of your current pole term. Doing so will avoid activating our automatic re-enrollment for next term.
