A great workout for men and women alike, this boxing class is sure to get your heart rate up! From bag work, to sparring combined with cardio and core work you have yourself a great full-body workout. Let off some steam whilst burning calories & conditioning your entire body and at the same time. No two classes will ever be the same!

Sculpt and carve the booty of your dreams in our signature workout that uses heavier weights to challenge the glutes and hamstrings like never before in a class setting! Think hip thrusts, squats, lunges and more amped up to a level that will push you to your limits.
Torch calories in this fierce workout inspired by military bootcamps! With a picturesque beach backdrop you’ll test your strength, stamina and overall fitness as superstar trainer Lynsey challenges you with bodyweight and plyometric exercises. You’ll also see a mix of kettle bells, ropes and soft sand running so no two workouts will ever be the same.
For a 45min burn, join in this high intensity interval training circuit. Combining resistance, bodyweight and plyometric exercises to recruit every muscle in your body, this is one workout guaranteed to make you sweat! Excellent full body fat burning workout, designed to get you lean and tight.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
A class dedicated to building strength and power throughout the entire body with a focus on form & technique. Split into sections dedicated to Strength, Power and Endurance this class will build and develop your capacity for strength and endurance throughout the whole body.
Get strong incorporating just weights through your whole 45 min session. Incorporating compound & accessory movements, learn to sculpt and develop each muscle group with focus and slower repetitions.
With a focus on the breath and flow, Pilates exercises relieve stress and soothe aches and pains. With all the hunching, sitting, and planning we tend to do, the cues and corrections of each class will increase your postural and muscular awareness, both inside the studio and the minute you step out of it.
YOGA (Stretch & Conditioning)
Yoga is excellent for strength building, flexibility and fitness. We’ve combined yoga with the pole as a prop, along with stretch bands and blocks to deepen the poses and assist you in stretching.
This class will help you increase your body’s range of motion with a focus on backbends, shoulder flexibility, leg splits and straddles also core conditioning and inversion exercises.
All levels from absolute Beginners to Advanced. Clothing to be comfortable, covered and cool.
8 WEEK MUAY THAI CARDIO KICKBOXING COURSE $199
Looking for a fresh way to get an amazing full body workout? As well as being a killer cardiovascular challenge, Muay Thai Cardio Kickboxing will strengthen your legs & core, increase your hip mobility and improve your coordination. In this 8-week tailored course our expert trainer Nikki Constantinou will take you through the basics and get you grounded in the foundations of this martial art. You’ll come out our each session feeling equipped to take on any challenge!
