Abs, Butt & Thighs

Our Abs, Butt & Thighs class combines bodyweight and resistance bands to tone and burn calories! With a heavy focus on the lower body, this session is designed to sculpt your butt, thighs and stomach to help create your tight summer body.

BOX-HIIT

A great workout for men and women alike, this boxing class is sure to get your heart rate up! From bag work, to sparring combined with cardio and core work you have yourself a great full-body workout. Let off some steam whilst burning calories & conditioning your entire body and at the same time. No two classes will ever be the same!

Inserts are available for purchase at reception for $5 or feel free to bring your own gloves.

Beach Bootcamp

Inspired by military bootcamps, our Beach Bootcamp session incorporates bodyweight and plyometric tasks that target the whole body for a cracker workout! Not only are they designed to strengthen your arms, legs and shoulders, but also focus on core stabilisation techniques to build and strengthen your abdominal muscles and promote good postural habits.

HIIT 30

Looking for a quick burn, our express high intensity interval training circuits incorporate resistance, bodyweight and plyometric exercises to recruit every muscle in your body. This is one workout guaranteed to make you sweat! Excellent full body fat burning workout, designed to get you lean and tight.

HIIT 45

For a longer burn, join in this high intensity interval training circuit. Combining resistance, bodyweight and plyometric exercises to recruit every muscle in your body, this is one workout guaranteed to make you sweat! Excellent full body fat burning workout, designed to get you lean and tight.

LIFT

LIFT is a class dedicated to building strength and power throughout the entire body. Split into sections dedicated to Strength, Power and Endurance this class will build and develop your capacity for strength and endurance throughout the whole body.

Kettle Worx

Our Kettle Worx class utilises everything Kettlebells have to offer a workout. Combining kettle bell workout variations in a weight-focused session to build lean muscle for a full body work out. Coming Soon!

Animal

Release your inner animal! A high intensity full body workout made up of push & pull movements, squats, bends & crawls. Animal isn’t for the faint of heart, it is a highly effective & intense workout designed to torch calories. Guaranteed to push you & bring out your inner roar!!

FreeFlow 55+

Designed for those aged 55 years and over, freeflow is a light aerobic and band resistance based workout. The aim is to enjoy a fun workout which also helps with all aspects of everyday life, from balance and coordination to strength and endurance.
